All HVNLY products are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify. Because each item is custom made, please allow time for production before shipping.

Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days total.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

HVNLY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because all HVNLY items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Wrong style selection
  • Change of mind

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will replace or refund items in the following cases:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Printing or manufacturing error
  • Wrong item received
  • Lost package (confirmed by carrier)

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
